CAN YOU DO CUSTOM STENCILS AND/OR SHOE ORDERS?

Yes, we do custom orders and stay in constant contact throughout the whole process to ensure that the custom is to your liking. However, at this time we do not do custom stencils, but we are working to make it available in the future. 

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE COMING FROM?

All packages are shipped from Fall River, Massachusetts.

I WANT TO PAY WITH A CREDIT OF DEBIT CARD, BUT I'M ONLY DIRECTED TO PAYPAL. HOW DO I PAY VIA CARD AND NOT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

ALL of our payments are processed securely through PayPal checkout, an account is not required. This is the safest and easiest way to process payments. If you would like to pay with a credit or debit card there is a button below the PayPal login that states "Pay with debit or credit card". Please select that option and fill in your card information to place your order. All major credit or debit cards are accepted.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION. WHAT CAN I DO?

One of the most common reasons for not receiving a confirmation email is that you entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us and let us know so we can change the incorrect email address for you and send out another confirmation message.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY PACKAGE SHIPS?

Each package will usually ship within 1 - 2 business days, with the exception of custom sneakers and stencils. However, please allow up to 4 days for the package to ship in case of any delays. With custom stencils please allow an extra day or two for the package to ship. With custom sneakers please allow 1 - 3 weeks for production before the package ships. If it's going to take longer for any reason, we will contact you ASAP. Each custom stencil and sneaker is made to order, that is the reason for the longer shipping time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Each order receives a tracking number by email once the package ships. You can also sign up for text message notifications in the confirmation email which will send shipping updates directly to your phone. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can resend the info. Please wait a few days for the tracking number to be updated to this email.

MY TRACKING STATES THAT THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER, BUT I ENTERED THE ADDRESS INCORRECTLY. HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGE NOW?

If you entered your address incorrectly with us and they attempted to deliver but were unsuccessful, they will try to return the package to us. You can call the united states postal service and attempt to reschedule the delivery, but only before the package gets sent back to us. If the the package gets sent back to us, you are responsible for paying the new shipping fee in order to get it sent back to you. If you realize you entered the wrong address after the order is placed, contact us immediately.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?

You will have to contact the united states postal service and handle the issue with them. From our experience we have noticed that most of the time when this happens, the package needs about 2 - 4 more days to show up and may have just been a delay, or error with the POSTAL SERVICE. We also suggest asking any neighbors, or family members if they received the package on accident. Please check any mailboxes, leasing offices, or anywhere they may have dropped off your package. We are not responsible for any stolen, or lost goods once the tracking states the package is delivered. If you believe the package may have been stolen, please file a claim with USPS to further the matter. The number to contact them is 1(800) 222-1811.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM. HOW CAN THIS BE CORRECTED?

If you received the wrong or damaged package, please contact us with your order number and description of what is wrong. You will also need to provide clear pictures so we can confirm any damages due to shipping and handling. WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY PACKAGE THAT IS DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTED. Any wrong package shipped will be corrected, IF we sent out the wrong package. However, if you ordered the wrong item, you will have to notify us before the package ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We now offer international shipping.

DO YOU EXCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME.
